Crunch time

Doesn't look like any of us at rakontur will be sleeping much in March and April. 

The main focus around the office right now is the Square Grouper release. We've been working with the good people at Magnolia and Range Life Entertainment to put together a national tour of the doc after the SxSW premiere on March 12th. We have about two dozen festival and college screenings confirmed leading up to the DVD release on April 19th and the Video-On-Demand release April 22nd. We'll be announcing cities and dates over the next week, so follow Square Grouper on Twitter and join the Facebook fan page for updates. 

I'm looking forward to checking out SxSW; it will be our first time at the festival. The premiere afterparty is at the Jackalope starting around midnight on the 12th. The film screens three more times, all during the music portion of the festival, on the 16th, 17th and 18th.

Good news for those waiting on Dawg Fight. Sam Rega did such a great job editing Limelight for us (news on that project soon) that we've put him to work cutting our long-awaited backyard fighting doc. We hope to have it locked over the summer, so we're looking at a fall release. The Facebook fan page is where you'll find updates.
