With Amazon hammering bricks-and-mortar chains like Borders for years and the Kindle and iPad poised to replace physical books entirely, the only stores left will be trafficking in used books -- which will be thrilling for Billy since he often spends an entire day in New York's block-long used book emporium The Strand.
