In traveling through the Central American and Caribbean third world—places like Haiti, where crime is so rampant that even embassy employees aren't allowed to go out after dark. Places like Guatemala, where indoor plumbing is a luxury—I realized...these places look a whole lot like Miami.

mmm my guess is Miami. because there's no "decorative" bars on the 2nd and 3rd floor windows.. and that's a NO NO in Central n South America for sure. them thieves can jump!

I'm gonna say not Miami. It's fake caribbean-esque, but not fake enough to satiate those that stick flags on on their god damn porch as if they're homesick while having no inclination of every going home. SPEAK ENGLISH DAMN IT!

Plus there's only like 2 Vitaras is the entire city. Odds are against you catching one in your shot.
