Entreprenuership at its finest. Funny story actually. This kid who is only 23 started this business through illegitimate funds. Then he takes the money he has saved and invests it in the legitimacy of th war. The Army is too busy worrying about I.E.Ds and Taliban to give a shit about illegal chinese rounds. I hear some of these rounds even landed in the hands of Taliban to be used in their chinese ak-47s. Its when this fuckhead started flashing money that made the government look. If you think this is interesting then you should look up Viktor Bout. He is known as the "Merchant of Death". He used his own. military planes to fly U.S. weapons shipments into iraq. He profited from the Iraq war as if he was Halliburton. Russia had been hiding his ass for years but he recently was arressted in Thailand trying to sell rpg's and weapons to members of he Colombian FARC rebel group. The movie Lord of War is based of him.
