More recently, Hialeah was home to a $10 million Medicaid fraud operation -- until the defendants fled to Cuba.
''Boring?'' asked Hialeah resident Marta Gonzalez, thinking she must have misheard me. ``This town could use a little boring.''

of course.... it's always boring when you get lost thanks to confusing streets and lack communication when it comes to NOT being bilingual. forbes has no clue.
