Need a title for our 1980s Miami photo book

Got an email from our editor at MTV Books yesterday, telling us it's time to finalize a title for our 1980s Miami photo book.
We usually start with a temporary working title on our projects that evolves over time (Cocaine Cowboys was originally called City Made of Snow) until the last possible moment when we have to lock it.
So, it's time to deliver and we have two ideas:
1) COCAINE COWBOYS: AN EXPLICIT HISTORY OF MIAMI IN THE 70S AND 80S
or 2) COCAINE COWBOYS: AN UNCENSORED HISTORY OF MIAMI'S DRUG RUSH
